Supper Club - Candlelit Restorative Yoga & 3-Course Vegan Dinner.
18:00 - Arrival & welcome drink
18:15 - 90 minute candlelit restorative yoga
20:00 - 3 course vegan dinner
The evening will commence with 90 minutes of restorative yoga guided by Alice Billerey. Restorative yoga is slow and gentle practice, you will use the yoga props in order to support the body in different postures, enabling total body relaxation. Restorative yoga is an excellent way to disconnect from the busy activities of every day life. This session will provide you with the time and space to deepen your self awareness, giving the parasympathetic nervous system (the branch of the nervous system responsible for rest and digesting food) a chance to dominate. The practice will be suitable for all levels of experience, with props and modifications throughout.
After the yoga you'll head upstairs to the in-house cafe where Charlotte Kjaer will serve a 3 course vegan dinner. Charlotte is an experienced yoga retreat Chef, all her cooking is plant based and refined sugar free. Each course will be made with love and from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
A great way to meet new people and connect with friends, expect to leave this evening feeling full to the brim with love and gratitude.
